3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled: Aroma as first inetnsive notes of wine from the Nelson Sauvin hop, with more yeast the nose has also intensive notes of sweet wheat, banana, ananas and spices. Taste is sweet and wheaty, notes of bubble gum, fruits (banana, ananas). Dry, light bitter and winey in the end. This beer is quite nice, but too expensive (14,99 Ä) to buy it again.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours cloudy gold into a weizen glass. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Sweet bubblegum and resin aromas. Sweet bubblegum and banana bread upfront turning to mild resin in the dry, lasting finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Stirchley WInes, Birmingham. Had to drink the first glass warm, due to cack-handedly knocking bottle out of cupboard and onto floor - agh. Hazy gold colouring, white fluffy head. Itís very warming - thatís my first observation. The flavour is obviously wheaty - quite sweet, but with a nudge of medicinal sourness of the back of the throat. Not sure I fully appreciate the presence of NS, but its does have a faint tropical spritz somewhere around the middle of the tongue. I prefer original Schneider if Iím honest, but itís nice.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750 ml bottle. Served in a weizen glass, the beer pours a hazy dark gold color with a couple inch frothy white head. The head stays around a while, and thereís a good amount of lacing left on the glass. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like cloves, wheat, bananas, and some white grapes and bubblegum. Taste is similar to the aroma, but thereís also a slight sour citrus (lemon peel/orange) flavor also noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, itís a bit creamy and has moderate/high carbonation. I think itís a solid beer overall, but I donít think it was worth what I paid for it (I think it was $17.99 a bottle). If it was cheaper, Iíd consider buying this again in the future.
