With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Barwa: złocista, wyraźnie zmętniona. Piana biała obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, ładnie oblepiająca szkło. Aromat: guma balonowa, goździki banany - typowe dla weizenów. Całość jednak wytrawna, bez nut słodkich i jakby nieco metaliczna (test skórny jednak negatywny). Smak: słodowy, stosunkowo pełny, umiarkowanie słodki. Raczej przyprawowy i ostry.

500 ml bottle, lately labeled as "Meine blonde Weisse". Poured into a "Schneider Weisse" weizen glass. Color is cloudy orange, head is large and foamy but doesn’t leave much lace. Fruity aroma. I can smell yeast, citrus, orange and wheat. Medium body and well carbonated. I have tried all beers from Schneider and although I like Tap 4,5,6 and 7 more than this one, it still is a very good Hefeweizen.

Fľaša. Tmavá zlatá farba, mierne mútna. Pena biela, bublinková, rýchlo opadla. Vôňa kvetinová, ovocná, banánová a jemne karamelová. V chuti opäť kvetiny, banány, jemná kyselkavosť a korenistosť, v pozadí jemne chmeľové tóny, ktoré rýchlo opadnú.

A deep honey coloured beer with yeast hazyness and a frothy white head. On the nose ester aromas develop with notes of clove, banana and hints of hay. On the palate a lively texture offers more dense fruity, yeast flavours. Slender to medium body with sweet notes showing light sour hints too at the finish, which lasts for a while. Well balanced beer.

500ml bottle from Gourmondo.de, labelled as Tap1 Meine blonde Weisse. Hazy amber colour, with moderately dense small particles and a few bigger chunks, medium mostly vanishing white fizzy head, fair lacing. Aroma of banana, bread, cloves and dough with a hint of citric and floral hops and leather. Heavy malts, light hops and moderate yeast. Taste is initially balanced sweet and acidic, turning into a mildly bitter, sour and sweet finish with a mildly acetic feel. Medium to full body, oily texture, lively carbonation. A fairly solid wheat beer with nothing unusual, a notch above Paulaner and the like in my opinion.
