With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

I prefer the darker hoppier varieties Schneider brews but this is very good as well. Nice malt and yeast flavor with notes of banana and citrus. It is mildly sweet and a bit tart. Very refreshing.

From a 500ml bottle on 30/4/2016. Pours a slightly cloudy medium golden with a medium white head. Has a typical hefe nose with banana and clove. the flavour follows suit spicy, zesty with loads of banana. Medium bodied with reasonably fizzy carbonation. All up, a very well made hefe, though not special like some of their bigger weizens.

Cerveza de trigo alemana. Sueave, con cuerpo medio. El sabor no es tan intenso como otras cervezas de trigo, pero muy buena.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with a bit small white head. Nice yeast aromas up front with soft banana, cloves, cumin, light bubblegum. Great wheat dough mixed with cookie dough maybe? Just a lovely slight sweet malt base with great complexity. Light sweet and very light tartness and bitterness. Under medium bodied with soft creamy feel. Really good!

Vat is it, grandpapa? Vas it ze greatest bier in ze whole vorld? No, but it’s damn good. Cloudy yellow-orange-golden color with a huge and lacy white head. The aroma is everything you want in a weissbier, the style that got me into good beer right here in München back in 2003, and for which I still have a sweet spot, but beer geeks be all like, "I only drink rare sours brah f**k dat noise." THIS IS GOOD BRO FOR REALZ. Banana, clove, what, just spot on. Wheaty flavor, what can you say about something that virtually defined this style. It’s good, broski, and if you disagree, get bent and drown yourself in a pool of crappy no-name American brewery’s overhyped sour dog shit. Hint of sweetness, no bitterness to be had. Lots of banana esters, and dude, that shit is good. Deal with it. Clean, crisp, poundable. Also, I just wanted to leave you with this little chestnut: Munchner? Barely even know her!
