COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

I prefer the darker hoppier varieties Schneider brews but this is very good as well. Nice malt and yeast flavor with notes of banana and citrus. It is mildly sweet and a bit tart. Very refreshing.

Fľaša. Tmavá zlatá farba, mierne mútna. Pena biela, bublinková, rýchlo opadla. Vôňa kvetinová, ovocná, banánová a jemne karamelová. V chuti opäť kvetiny, banány, jemná kyselkavosť a korenistosť, v pozadí jemne chmeľové tóny, ktoré rýchlo opadnú.

A deep honey coloured beer with yeast hazyness and a frothy white head. On the nose ester aromas develop with notes of clove, banana and hints of hay. On the palate a lively texture offers more dense fruity, yeast flavours. Slender to medium body with sweet notes showing light sour hints too at the finish, which lasts for a while. Well balanced beer.

500ml bottle from Gourmondo.de, labelled as Tap1 Meine blonde Weisse. Hazy amber colour, with moderately dense small particles and a few bigger chunks, medium mostly vanishing white fizzy head, fair lacing. Aroma of banana, bread, cloves and dough with a hint of citric and floral hops and leather. Heavy malts, light hops and moderate yeast. Taste is initially balanced sweet and acidic, turning into a mildly bitter, sour and sweet finish with a mildly acetic feel. Medium to full body, oily texture, lively carbonation. A fairly solid wheat beer with nothing unusual, a notch above Paulaner and the like in my opinion.

Quite cloudy, slightly yellow / slightly orange wheat beer with a nice layer of foam. This also has the familiar banana-aroma, which resembles paulaner... It taste bitter in the beginning, but the banana-bits are also present in it’s taste. Nice and refreshing!! Lekker verfrissend!!

Keg @ Cross Keys, Leeds. Cold and fresh with a beautiful yeasty character and a lovely soft bitter finish, definitely hitting the spot more than the last SW I had (Tap 6 I believe).

Bottle. Cloudy orange-blond with white head. Floral and yet doughy aroma, bun-like sweetness, very yeasty. Heavy-bodied, very carbonated, floral finish.

Bottle. Yeasty and light fruity banana nose with just a little spice. Hazy golden honey color. Light, tangy fresh wheat notes, clean and light citrus. Thin body with gentle carbonation. Nice enough, But a bit thin in flavor and body. Not nearly as good as others from Schneider & Sohn.
