With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Draft. Color - dark yellow, pretty muddy. Hat is good, 2 fingers, fine, persistent - lasted very long, up to 10 minutes, during drinking flakes remained on glass walls. Smell - quite a bit of banana, dried fruit, straw, spices (clove, nutmeg). The first sip - chic taste explosion - fruits, nuts, spices, light sourness, bitterness does not feel, aftertaste goes sweetness. For my taste - close to ideal Weise.

A - Awesome looking stuff - exactly how a wheat beer should look. Big billowing blonde foam that eventually settles to about 2-3 fingers before slowly dissipating to a half-finger cap and leaves lots of sticky lacing. S - Cloves, banana, wheat, pepper. Potent and lovely smelling stuff. T - The taste is a little more subdued with mostly sweet malted wheat and banana flavors, and a bubble-gum finish. The clove and pepper seems to disappear, and there is a minimal aftertaste. M - Lively carbonation, medium body, creamy texture, clean finish. D - Super drinkable with a great clean taste - definite summer beer.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2012 Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Wheat, light citric and some banana in the aroma. A nice smooth flavour with lots of wheat sweetness. Fruity notes and light banana flavour.

Lovely hints of fruit and cloves with the sort of bite that makes your thankful for tastebuds. This brew is an excellent example of German craftmanship.

Very good beer! Poured with a nice off white head that soon settled down and no lace. Color is a hazy/cloudy apricot amber. Aroma is yeast, malt, caramel, citrus, and other fruit. Flavor is similar to aroma with the following qualifications: more tang, more apricot, not too sweet ( just right actually), and all complimenting one another to a lovely whole. Body is good and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and tapers very slowly with a slight fruity tartness at the very end. Very easy to like and drink this potion of oral pleasure.

0.5 l bottle from kz metlika Ljubljana. Pours beautiful yellow - golden colour and when you pour sediment gets completely hazy. Massive head lasts quite a while. Smell is all clove for me, some bananas and bready yeast. Minimal alcohol smell, which I’m not used to a this type of beer, but it isn’t disturbing. Taste is everything you got on the nose (in huge quantities). Despite all the tastes, this beer still feels super fresh. Mouthfeel is crispy, just a bit watery, but in a good, refreshing way. Beer leaves nice sour aftertaste with bit of hop biterness. All summed up, this is one of the best summer refreshments you can get. Full of taste, easy sessionable. Schneider weisse did it again.

Dobre piwo i odpowiednio mocno zmętnione. Wspaniale zmienia barwę i intensywnie staje się brudne. W smaku pikantna nuta kwaskowa która uprzyjemnia spożywanie posiłków.
