With its light-honey coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine-pored, stable head. It has a fresh, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, harmonious and smoothly rounded. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

Quite enjoyable this beer. Huge white head on a slightly hazy straw body, high level of carbonation. Big banana, cloves, some vanilla and a touch of bubblegum, very satisfying and balanced with a slight sour note in the finish.

Bernsteinfarben mit wenig haltbarem weißen Schaum. Geruch: Hefig, süßlich, säuerlich. Im Mund angenehm weich, geschmacklich recht sauer, etwas bitter. Etwas weniger "bananig" als die meisten Weizenbiere. Erfrischend!

Bottle, labeled as Mein Blonde Weisse. Pours a hazy golden beer with a thick, creamy white head on top. Aroma is very yeasty, banana, fruity, wheat and grainy. Nice, typical weizen aroma. Flavor is moderately sweet, loads of fruit and wheat malts coming trough, grassy notes, hay and tropical fruits Soft carbonation, decent, medium long, light sweet aftertaste. Nice.

Cerveja de trigo comum com pouco aroma pro estilo. Nenhum componente relevante, mas cumpre o papel por ser refrescante e boa para o verão.

50cl Bottle at Delirium Café, as Mein Blondes. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, grain, cardboard, some yeast, clove, light banana, resembles the Leichtes. Flavour is likewise, some citrus, banana, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. OK stuff.

A drinkability é boa e o aftertaste agradável. Cerveja aveludada, que envolve o pálato com delicadeza. Em resumo, uma cerveja de trigo tradicional, que não surpreende, porém agrada como qualquer uma de seu estilo.

It is an excellent wheat beer though it is softer than other Schneider’s Tap. Anyway Schneider Weisse is always a sure bet for beer time.

Bottle. Hazy peach color with huge unsteady head. Standard weizen aroma of banana, clove. Taste is lightly sweet with light sourish notes. Finish is short and sweet. A little bit over carbonized and watery. Nice weizen.
