Srednie piwo z aromatem cytrusowym. Jasne zlociste i przejrzyste.

Bottle. Pale pale yellow, fizzy short lived head. Aroma is odd, an organic chemical thing and lemon rinds. Very thin watery palate, again with that odd chemical thing, rice water (I know it’s millet, but it’s there), faint lemon astringent pithy bitterness. Another gluten free offering that fails utterly.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. lemon notes. Millet present. Light bitter flavor. Some lemon notes. Short finish. watery palate. Had worse radlers.

Bottle by 11.01.13, probably my first with millet. [Ratio here is 55-45 ’beer’ to added lemon-drink, which is lower than most are willing to go.] Nose is a hideous musty malt, stale air and maybe the vaguest hint of lemon. Pour has a creamy bright white head but the body is such a sickly pale yellow that it reminds of an unattended fishtank. Taste is extremely sweet without much in the way of defining flavor; a squirt of grainy malt with two squirts of lemonade. Body is not offensive (relatively normal, if a little flat), but the nose alone reminds me to be thankful I’m gluten-tolerant.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are lemon and malt. Not too overdone with lemon, so I rate this better than average.

I don’t see the purpose of this beer, or as they call it: "alcoholic beverage, brewed from millet malt" (translated from German). If you are allergic to gluten, or have another reason to stay away from them, but want to drink something that resembles pils, drink the normal Schnitzer Bräu. If you stay away from gluten, but want something lemony and not really like beer, drink a soda of some sorts. I’m sure there are better options around than this brew. Straight down the drain. Less than a mediocre cyclist, not more. Drinkability is still okay, but not taste of beer, even after Lemon

It’s light-golden with a small, white head. The aroma has notes of lemon-soda and what I presume is the millet. The flavour is extremely sticky sweet with the same notes – yuck...

Bottle. A sweet aroma, a little bit stale. No head, the body is pale yellow. The taste is sweet, a lot of sugar, light fruity finish. The body is light, lively with a lot of carbonation.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear and very pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is weak with lemon and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with some additional notes of acidity. The palate is dry with some sweetness. Overall a weak and boring beer.
