Rerate: 330ml bottle (?, Tallinn) (3:2:3:2:6=1.6)
Pale, brief head, still bubbly. Sweet wheaty aroma. Ditto taste. Watery palate. Too sweet, but not a horror. Pretty OK for a gluten-free.

A Mes rate. Bottle at home, thanks to Mr & Mrs Fonefan.
Pale yellow with a very thin white collar. Very estery and a good hit of bubblegum. Very wheat beer like, maybe there is some spelt in here or something. Faint corn but not over the top at all. Some bitterness in the finish balances it out pretty well. Very fruity and fairly sweet. Nicely made in fact. I was expecting this to be pretty rough but it’s actually pretty decent.

Bottle. High fluffy lasting white head. Clear light yellow body. Mild sweet flowery perfumed aroma with notes of lemon. Thin watery fruity sweet flavor with a low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

Bottled (thanks jbrus!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, some grainyness and very sweet. Flavour is fruits, sweetish strange notes as well as mild yeastyness. Not very exciting.

Bottled (BB 08/2010)
Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Fruity, very peachy aroma. Odd grainy, wheaty, twisted, a bit sweet flavor. Ugly dish water, sweetish citrus finish. Can’t be recommended to keliaks.

Schnitzer Bräu is a fine beer with a light fruity taste. unfortunately it is pretty sour, without any head - poured from bottle, and with no golden colour. I would not say it is good for a drinking night, or worth enough to spend your time on at a beer tasting, but it is okay for a quiet evening at the nearby café saturday night..

330ml bottle. Pale and lifeless with a thin white cap of sudsy foam. Moderate carbonation with a straw colour and sweet citrus aroma and horrid sour taste with no flavour at all.

Bottle. Surprised to find a German beer I hadn’t tried at work drinks. less surprised to discover that it wasn’t great. Bit all over the place with notes of caramel and barley sugar, bit fizzy in the mouth for my liking.

330ml bottle. Clean golden appearance. Suprisingly decent aroma; sweet cereal malts and mild floral hop. Lean body, slightly syrupy texture, moderate carbonation. Bit of sweet apple-like fruitiness on the body, underlying pale malts and floral hops notes. Minerally finish, slight bitterness, moderately dry. Best gluten-free beer i’ve had to date. Relatively clean palate and decent flavour.
