330ml bottle. Clear yellow gold colour, frothy white foam head leaving some lacing and bubblegum aroma with yeasty, vanilla & banana notes. Watery sweet fruity bubblegum-like flavour with a light bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dryish finish.

Millet beer. Looks anaemic gold. More like a cloudy urine sample to go to lab. The aroma is pretty offputting. Reminds me of liquid secretions emited by millipedes. The bubble gum scent comes out later. The flavour is not bad, very much of an artificial tutti-futti gum, a la Kronenbourg Blanc.

Bottle. Little cloudy, pale yellow with a foam head of a centimeter that disappears quickly. Smells somewhat sour, a little chemical/medicinal. And is that chewing gum that I smell? Tastes slightly soapy, cider, watery and extremely flat.

Quite strangely blurry looking, light yellow colour and no head to speak of with nearly no head. Highly yeasty aroma with honey notes. Bittersweet taste and a sour palate with the aforementioned bitterness still present. Much better than its average rating might suggest.

330 ml bottle. Pours dirty yellow with nearly no head. Sweet, fruity yeast aroma. Sweet, slightly fruity taste. A bit of a sour palate.

330ml bottle very pale strawish color with a very quickly leaving sparkling whine-like head. The Aroma is mild, no recognizable yeast taste. Taste is sweet (sorghum taste?) and dry, very mild hop bitterness. There are a lot of better gluten free beers available.

330ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving a few spots of lacing behind. Aroma is mild with light fruit and yeast. Taste is a fruity and light malty sweetness with a mild hop bitterness with a dry finish. Light body with little carbonation. Not my cup of tea, but alright for a gluten free brew.

Pours out golden with steady low head and medium body. Nose of bananas and yeast. Taste of yeast, bananas, melon, honey and barley. Easy to drink but just too sweat and too much yeast / baking soda in the finish. Okay, there are far worse Speciality Grains than this.
