Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110206]

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a lacing head. Slight grainy/hay aroma with a minor bubblegum note. Wheaty mellow flavoured. Mellow wheaty finish too. Decent.

Ungstrup (29369) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 24, 2007
Bottled. A golden beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet with a light note of wheat as well as some dishwash water. The flavor is very sweet, cloyingly so with notes of malt, wheat, citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Not my thing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Sweetish malt notes with some fruit in the notes. Medium body, sweet notes of apple must and a bitter finish. Strange but quite drinkable. 180807

Bottle @ Berlin/Bavaria Tasting, Odense. Pours clear yellow with a creamy off white head. Dishwasher, grain, fruit. Unclean. Watery and weird.

Bottled. A clear, pale golden gluten-free beer with a small white head. That was the good things about it. It has a fruity aroma, but in a strange unpleasant way. The flavor has grain and hay and unfortunately a bad plastic taste. Thin body. If I should happen to get a gluten intolerance, I’m glad this is not the only beer available, even though the alternatives aren’t too good either. (070331)

MiP (13608) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 24, 2007
Bottle, 5%. Citric, wheaty aroma, a bit spicy like a Belgian blond. Slightly hazy golden colour, very sparkling. Very big white head, stable a bit plasticky. The flavour is a little sweet and citric. Ends weirdly like old, citric cardboard, but with notes reminding me of Belgian blond again. High carbonation. Strange, but better than other glutenfree beers I have had (which is not saying much).

Theis (13440) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 30, 2008
Bottle at home - alone. Clear golden - white head. Honey, high sweeetness, citrus, light hay, grainy, corn, white sugar, syrup, orange, marmelade, CO2, light light white pepper. Far too much sweetness.
