omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 10, 2008 Bottled (as Schnucken-Hell 4.8%) Hazy golden, brief head. Dusty sweet and fruity. Medium bodied with some ash and phenols. Finishes with low bitterness. Unassuming helles. fonefan (5529), Ulfborg, Denmark Apr 18, 2008 Draught @ Brauerei Schnuckenbräu - Brewpub Forellenhof/Schnuckenstube, 29664 Walsrode-Hünzingen, Germany. Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, tropic fruit, butter. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (240308) Ungstrup (11694), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 9, 2007 Draft. A hazy orange beer with a lazing beige head - looks more like a landbier than a pilsener. The aroma is sweet, at first with a grainy note, and later some hops. The flavor is sweet with citrusy hoppy notes, but also the faintest of buttery notes, leading to a bitter finish. Quite refreshing. Papsoe (11062), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 (On tap) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, white head leaving laces. Lightly floral hop aroma. Medium-bodied with a heavy carbonation. Discreet maltiness and a distinct bitterness. Not exactly a great pilsener. 141106 lowieke (2), B&D, Netherlands does not count Jul 14, 2005 Nice presentation with good and lasting head and beautifull light golden beercollorand quiet clear for an unfiltrated beer. Nose has some yeastautolysation that gives a sharp and litle sulphuric note. Litle maltyness and some hops plus litle flowery. Taste is good but litle light and grainy. Good maltyness but onlu light bitterness for a north german pilsener. Good mouthfeel and overal a good and easy drinkable beer.
