Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thick lazing cream colored head. The aroma is sweet with notes of metal, butter, and hops. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt combined with notes of straw and butter, leading to a dry bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is butterish and caramelish. Sweet malty, cardboard, butter and dry breadish. Mild bitter and dry malty finish.

Bottled. Yellowish golden golour, mediumsized white head. Aroma of diacetyl, malts and hops. Flavour sweet malty with some hoppy and caramellish hints. Also some diacetylic notes found. Unclean pilsener.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2010 Bottle, 5.1%. Soapy aroma, hint of citrus. Hazy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. Slightly strange citrus flavour, a bit lemony. Tastes OK, but a little unexpected. Slightly rough bitterness, in combination with the citrus not so pleasant. 4 3 4 3 8
Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mild and refreshing. Medium bitterness, but OK cleansing. Low carbonation. 6 3 6 3 15

(Bottle, BB 12/07) Pours a cloudy maize colored body with a moderate white head. Aroma of sweet grain, grass, light floral, and straw. Flavor of light herbal/floral hop qualities and butter.

Somewhat dull gold colour. Thin head. Quite buttery, maybe some light hop. Palate is again quite buttery but with only a light hint of herbal hop bitterness. Some pale malts emerge late but remain muted.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty flavour with grassy hops and apples. Flavour had apples, malt and grassy hops. Finished fairly dry.

Clear golden color, small white head, some lace. Some grass, strong butterscotch aroma. Good hopping in the flavorm a bit disturbing diacetyl sweetness. Some grass in the finish. Very craft beer like but not very clean.

It’s warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma has a lot of butter, mostly as butterscotch, malt – and I like it, but my husband thinks it’s too buttery – so the same butter divides the opinions in the flavor, where I also find fruit and the finish is slightly dry. So I liked it and got to choose the points LOL
