Aug 29, 2009 Bottled. Pours brown with a large, fluffy beige head. Good lacing. Nose of banana and clove. Malty flavour with notes of caramel, bananas and cloves. Slightly sweet finish. Nice.

Aug 22, 2009 Bottle in Trier. Hazy amberbrown colour, dense off white head. Aroma of caramel and banana, light sweet. Flavour is caramel, banana, not too sweet, light prickly bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice.

Jun 20, 2009 Pleasant smell of bread, spice, and yeast. Amber body with a tan head that stays a while. Descent lacing. Taste of banana, wheat, and chocolate. Aftertaste of clove and hops. Real smooth drinking dunkel weizen.
