Orangebraun, üppige Schaumkrone. Ein verhaltenes hefig-nelkiges Aroma. Malzig-hefig im dünnen Geschmack; hat fast keinen Nachgeschmack. Unverkennbar ein bleifreies HW, saft- und kraftlos, aber durchaus trinkbar.

500 ml. This beer has a weird taste. Kind of flat, and a tad sour. Drinkable, but below average. Especially for a Schöfferhofer beer.

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. Low in carbo, but huge in yeast. A bit earthy but still drinkable. You don’t taste that alc is missing.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Light milky golden in colour, taste of pure baking yeast. Low carbonated, low in bitterness.

Bottle by 03.13. Grainy worty nose but I’ve smelled worse. Cloudy, brilliant orange body with a creamy beige head. Taste is relatively dry with light-medium bitterness and a large mineral character, crisp and lightly slimy medium body with strong wheat, dries out. Turns out to be pretty good for a NA in the end.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat and straw. Flavour is wheat, straw, hay and berries. Watery.

Bis auf das Dunkle fand ich die Schöfferhofer bis jetzt grauenhaft, da glaub ich kaum, das mir diese hier schmeckt.
Herber Antrunk, von einem Weizen ist auch dieses Alkoholfreie meilenweit entfernt, könnte auch ein Pils sein. Leicht säuerlich im Mittelteil, etwas muffig auch, aber sehr ertragbar, wenn ich da mal an andere Bleifreie denke. Im Nachgeschmack sowar etwas süß und damit durchaus einen Versuch wert (wenn man mal keinen Alk will)
