Schofferhofer Grapefruit is the unique combination of sparkling smooth Schofferhofer Hefeweizen with grapefruit flavoring. A refreshing well-rounded taste with tangy character and hints of sweetness is pleasing to the palate. Tastes best ice cold and right from the bottle. 50% of Schofferhofer Unfiltered Hefeweizen blended with 50% grapefruit drink. Contains not more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.

16 ounce can. Grapefruit nose followed by a lot of sugar. And then more sugar. Too sweet.

Can. Hazy orange body, minimal head. Aroma has dried orange peel and light wheaty notes. Big fruity taste - feels like a mix of 2/3 of grapefruit juice and 1/3 of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen. Really juicy and refreshing. So much better than the local "industrial lemonade + ethanol" type fake Radlers. Very good example of the style.

500ml can. Hazy pale yellow color. Smalk size, fizzy head, stays. Soap, fruity, grapefruit, cummin in aroma. Sweet, soapy, sugary, burnt rubber, cummin in taste. Sweet burnt rubber and soap in aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel. Every sip is a struggle. Nope.

0,5L can (from Tallinna Kaubamaja). Pours golden-pink with white-pinkish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is bitter, grapefruit, some banana and wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grapefruit, banana, spices. Overall: good, really tastes like weizen and grapfeuit mix, probably the best beer-mix that I have tried and a lot better than many low alcohol beers.

11.2 ounce bottle. Pours a turbid orange with nice carbonation. Nose of grapefruit. Mild grapefruit taste, with a wheat finish. Just what the doctor ordered after a beautiful November day in Arizona.

Can poured by the sales rep at a German beer tasting that happened to be going on at the American Sign Museum. Sure, I’ll drink some beers I didn’t expect for free. Pours a hazy yellowed gold color with a small lasting white head. Lovely grapefruit and wheat aroma, and the ruby red fresh grapefruit pops out of the glass. It’s a bit lighter and sweeter in the flavor, which had more soda characteristics, but the nose really is a nice hefe-grapefruit balance. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation. Nice and refreshing. I totally get it.

L: -pours a cloudy golden-orange with a small, quickly dissipating, foamy, white head -low to medium carbonation visible S: -sweet grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, red pepper, cardboard,DMS T: -sweet grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime,DMS,spicy, sugary, cook potatoes F: -high carbonation (Overcarbonated) -light,watery body O: I cant believe this is getting such (relatively) high ratings. Fruit Beers can be so much better than this.
