Schofferhofer Grapefruit is the unique combination of sparkling smooth Schofferhofer Hefeweizen with grapefruit flavoring. A refreshing well-rounded taste with tangy character and hints of sweetness is pleasing to the palate. Tastes best ice cold and right from the bottle. 50% of Schofferhofer Unfiltered Hefeweizen blended with 50% grapefruit drink. Contains not more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.

Poured from bottle. Aroma of grapefruit rind and malt. Orange gold with white head. Tangy grapefruit and sweet malt work well. Also tasting dry wheat, yeast and a bit of spice. Kinda reminds me of a mimosa. One of the better radlers I’ve tried. P.S. I just looked up ’cochineal’ - interesting.

the facts are this, this is not a manly beer, but it is very refreshing and can be drank in volume and not be hammered. It has a nice fruit soda color is heavily carbonated and it is a very refreshing drink on a hot day. I wonder what this would taste spiked with other booze?

pours almost cloudy very light golden with a small creamy white head, good retention and lacing. pink grapefruit and pink peppercorns, fresh berries, some juicy peaches, shy malt and wheat character - lean honeyed malt sugars, grassy-herbal blandness, clean yeast. light carboantion, light body - oily; semi-sweet and fruity-herbal finish. pretty decent radler - just wished it were dryer.

I’m usually a huge fan of radlers, but this one just didn’t do it for me. Sweet-tasting mix of hefeweizen and grapefruit soda. Was a little more bitter, a little too carbonated, and just wasn’t as refreshing as I like a radler to be.

Fruit Beer fácil de beber,não enjoativa,a s mulheres vão gostar(a minha achou ótima).

Looked and smelled good but then the taste killed it. It is nothing more than a glorified carbonated grapefruit drink with nothing to suggest this is a beer. Maybe this is for the little kids in Germany. What a joke and wish I had read the advert on the can before buying. With the wonderful import price tag will NOT be getting this one again. *FYI - added a few shots of some good tequila to it and it tasted much better.*

Hazy orange color, small white head. Strange hemp and grapefruit aroma. Light-bodied. Grapefruit, orange, artifical sweetener sweetness. Awful sodapop.

Everyone seemed to love this beer. To me, it tasted pretty much like a grapefruit soda pop. Nothing wrong with that, just isn’t something I’m going to rave about.

Bottled 0,33L. Clear orange clearly color with nice bubbly aspect and a short head duration. Fresh grape and orange aroma with somethig citrus and crisp nose. Medium prickly mouth, discreet sweetish and poor alcoholic perception. Modest overall impression but however refreshing in hot days.
