3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at The Perch Pub & Brewery. Light pale yellow appearance with a diminishing white head. Pineapple juice, sweet juicy fruits, wheat malts and light herbs. Juicy pineapple soda pop hefe. Seems kind of like a novelty, but it’s actually quite refreshing and flavorful. Not what I was expecting from a German Hef.

Gotten it from .5L cans and tap. A pretty good hefe. Pours cloudy yellow... almost orange. Huge foamy head. Taste is lightly sweet, with a slightly sour finish.

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish aroma, light fruitiness, faint banana and hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and banana. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and dryish, faint fruitiness and banana, light metal. Bit thin-bodied hefe with sharp metal in the finish - nothing special.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from... actually, no idea, some store in Luxembourg anyway. Cloudy, pillowy, big head - it’s a solid looking hefe. Slightly weedy aroma, bit of classic yeast, banana and clove. Flavour is solid enough, hits some of the hefeweizen notes but a bit watery and muted. Finish is abrupt, lacking in finesse.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Una weizen poco conosciuta in Italia. Molto buona, non troppo acidula, perfetta, equilibrata, per una buona bevuta
