Deep golden color with a light canvas colored head. Quite light in aroma with a light. pale malt and herbal hops scents. Quite crisp with some lightly toasted malt and dried flower hops. Quite light and airy in feel, but enough depth to make it seem thin. A light Oktoberfest/vienna. A bit of salt in the linger drags it down.

Bottle:   Straw, slight golden hue, thin whispy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft bready nose, slight pale fruit.   Soft maltiness, pale breadiness, a little melon.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Seems a little more fruity than most.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Pale bready finish.   Easier to drink and less cloying then other examples.   Fairly decent.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Notes of caramel, bready, buttery. Not terrible. Some corn sweetness that is out of place in this beer.

Bottle. A very ordinary tasting Marzen. Sweet caramel malts with a touch of hops and spice. A balanced festbier until the finish which has a weird aftertaste.

500 ml from "Lifesource" S.salem. $4.79 Golden clear beer with a lovelly thick bubbly yet creamy off white head. Good malt driven aroma.mainlly caramel/fudge. The caramel/fudge aspect carries on into the taste yet its balanced by grassy hop making this very balanced indeed. I like. The extreme balance( is that even possible?) gives this a creamy smooth mouthfeel that just rolls over the tongue. I really liked this one very tasty

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden body and a small eggshell white head. Decent retention. Aromas are complex malt structure, some melanoidins, baked bread, honey biscuit, a touch grainy and somewhat sweet. A hint of alcohol. Clean fermentation. Possibly a bit oxidized. Flavors are malty, sweet up front, crisp finish with a bit of balancing bitterness. Malt forward, melanoidins, bready, toasty, clean. A touch warming for a Marzen, creamy body with somewhat lively carbonation. Not bad.
