2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma - the aroma is slightly muted. Not as much of the malt comes through as the grassy hop.
Appearance - body is pale gold, with great nucleation. The sets up beautifully at well over 3", and holds up very long. Some dappled lacing
Taste - has a little fruit esters, some toast, a bit of grass.
Palate - light side of medium body, carbonation is average, the finish abrupt and with just a bit of grassy hops.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught. Malty, faintly tart, subtle hops. Quite full bodied, sweetish, light bitter. Forgettable but goes down neatly enough.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Robinwood Liquor: Poured a glowing yellow colored liquid that was topped with a fluffy foam head. The beer looked similar to how witbier looks ( white beer). Aroma is mild with a whiff of corn or rice like cereals and didn’t much smell like beer. The flavor follows my noses lead and brings about the taste of grained corn and plain rice cake flavors but does have a well balanced malt to hop profile that makes this an easily quaffable fest beer.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle best by 11/4/16. It pours a clear pale yellow color with a low medium fizzy white head. The aroma is very herbal, a bit skunky and spicy. Nice noble hop bouquet. Crackery, bready pils malt in the background. The flavor is potently hoppy with more herbal, spicy noble hops. Light sulfur which comes through stronger in a medium spicy bitter finish. Very firm and dry bitterness. Light bread crust mixed in with background sweet bready malt. The hop flavor and pleasing bitterness win me over on this one. Probably one of my favorite imported pilsners.

Tap.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
500 ml bottle. Pours a medium gold color with a frothy white head. Sweet malt nose reminiscent of Kettle Corn. Grainy malt flavor is light and insipid. Not like any Marzen I have experienced. Disappointing.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Gold in colour, superior in alcohol than the oils, white foam, good head retention. Malty and slightly hoppy in flavour and aroma, balanced bitterness and fresh hoppy aroma. Perfectly bright. Produced with decoction technique.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very light yellow with a foamy white head that fades quickly. Malty, perhaps a bit sweet, but with an earthiness and distinct alcohol taste. Meh.
