A light yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sour hoppy - it might be what is described on the bottle as the finest hops - that I don’t like. The flavor is sweet and dry malty with a slightly sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small white head. Lovely hoppyness with pinecones and some citrus peel. Some maltyness in the back. Pleasant hoppyness in the flavor, both citrus and pine cones, some grass too. Not much maltyness, but some in the back. Medium body. The finish is too short, but a nice beer it is, drinking easily. 110318

Draught at BBF12. Mild hay aroma. Clear yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is mildly hayish with a bit of malt and a good mild grassy hop note.

A: The beer pours a very pale yellow color with a rocky white head that is retained very well. S: Definite skunk on the nose which worries me. Plenty of lager yeast and pale, cracker malts. Some lemon zest and floral hops, and a light fruitiness--maybe apples. T: Pale malts with a soft bread flavor. Lemon zest, lightly bitter, earthy, and floral hops. Some cracker malts and a light sweetness. A light but pleasant beer. M: Light in body and moderate to high in carbonation. O: Would have been nice if it didn’t have the skunkiness. Otherwise, not bad.
