Funky raspberry nose nice fruity notes some darker malts perhaps a little nutty. Some barrel a little vinegar sour. Pours dark reddish brown. Sour raspberry balsanic vinegar tart fresh fruit a little nutty roadted malts. Lingering tartness. Interesting.

Tap @ E9. Dark red-brown pour with a brief white head with poor retention leaving minimal lace. Nice raspberry and Brett nose with hints of sourness. Medium body with fine, moderate carbonation. Raspberry essence, black cherries, butterscotch, green apples and Brett band-aid. Finish is moderate and more of the same - not that that’s a bad thing! My fav local sour, nicely done Matt.
