Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit flavor with light pine. medium bodied. Nice bitterness. Grapefruit and light tropical fruits linger with light pine.

Outstanding IPA from Craig! It pours golden with a creamy white head. The aroma is fresh and grassy with grapefruit, pine, and a touch of caramel sweetness. The flavor has wonderful notes of white wine, grass, and citrus with a medium bitter, bready/grainy malt finish. Great balance without losing that fresh potent hop character. Drinkable as all getout.

Craig Cauwels produces yet another outstanding new IPA, with a huge pine, citrus and floral nose and flavor. Excellent balance with smooth sweet malt. Beautiful golden copper with an off white head and attractive lacing. Clean, but not too dry in the finish.
