30.10.2015-bottle-0,33l. Goldgelb-oranger Körper mit dünner weisser Krone-lebhafte Karbonisierung. Ananas, Maracuja, Korb reifer Südfrüchte. Gut ausbalanciert - sehr interessant.

Rotgold in Glas. Mittlere Krone.

Borefts VII. Day 1. Bottle share thanks to Brother Bois. Hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Bready rich malts. Mild orange peel hops, trace of hop spice. Light airy finish. Interesting.

Bottle split at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15 from an IPA with Don. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a big old off white head. Nose is straw, bitter orange notes, bready, citric peel, light hop trace. Taste comprises straw, toasted malt, orange pith, melon. Medium bodied, prickly and overcooked on the carbonation stakes, semi drying close with a modicum of hop bitterness. No total shit shoot but pretty pedestrian for the style .... file under whelming.

MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: alcohol, fruity, bit sweet, melons, pretty bitter, dry, hoppy. Aftertaste: hoppy, sweet, malty, bitter, grains, some caramel.

Thx to Theydon_Bois I think. Sorry if I am wrong. Sampled bottled @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. 330 ml. bottle. Deep amber, big white head. Nose is oily pine resin, oily mandarin hops, nicely hoppy. Taste is a big sweetish, touch wood, oily pine resin, caramel, light grass, a touch too sweet but quite nice overall, touch boozy. Creamy, bit yeasty body. Quite pleasant, nice surprise.

(Bottle, Meisterstück, Berlin, 16 July 2015) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange, crystal malt and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, Seville orange, a touch of caramel, resin and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced IPA. Nice one.

Bottle from Bierothek in Bamberg. It had a different look though, long neck 33 cl bottle and different sticker. At first it had an odd hop aroma, almost plastic. But it faded after a while and left a grassy herbal hop aroma with an orange touch. Sweet and fruity taste, hoppy with grass, herbal and some citrus.
