Quack-Duck (1976), Bodensee, Germany Oct 13, 2008 draught @ the brewpub. Clear, perhaps slightly hazy dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of roasetd malt and coffee. Full-bodied, very malty with intensive flavours of roasetd malt, toffee and coffee. Well-balanced and rounded with aromatic Tettnang hops. Smooth and velvety carbonation. A great brew.

Intense banana and malt nose. Nice cereal and malt taste. Crisp. pivo (2488), Germany Dec 31, 2004 Berliner Bierfest 2004: Toasted malt nose, dark clear tan, low tight head. Roasted, grainy malt with a light dry, cracker-like end. Clean palated and a full bodied beer.
