A beautifull ruby color with white head. Moderate head retention. Sweet malty aroma. Alcohol is present in the flavour, but is well balanced. It is sweet, but in a good way, with some malt presence. The mouthfeel is a little thinner than I would like it to be. It is a good bock, maybe even a doppelbock, considering its abv (7%). It’s a pity that it’s only available on tap at the brewery or at the Oktoberfest in Blumenau.
