Bottled 1 of 36. Amber colorued. No head. Aroma of alcohol, ripe fruits, spice. Flavour of alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol. and some fruits as well. This is definately not pleasant on my palate, not even as a liquor. Let this race be halted. Its not worth it.

Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2011
Ceramic bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Bottle #1/36. Pours a clear amber with a tiny, tiny rough head. Bottle actually opens with a slight fizz - surprised to see any carbonation here. Heavy, heavy boozy nose - really rinses all the way through, somewhat caramellish too. Solid body (if any such statement makes any sense), caramellish, smoky, minerally and salty, really, really burns. An extreme experince indeed! 311011

Bottle Nr 1/36. Looks really good. Signed by the brewer. Beer in the glass deep golden, oily, no head. Extrem alcoholic aroma, but also some fruity hints of peaches and a hint of vanilla. Starts extreme alcoholic, burning, fiery, breathtaking. But behind all the alcohol also some fruity notes, again peaches and apricot. Burning, long lasting aftertaste. Extreme experience, but the beer is certainly hard to compare with others.
