Soft and acidulous, it reveals a delicate mixture of citrus fruits and corn. Commercialized in Europe under the Ô Canada label.

Hazy pale yellow beer. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Nice refreashing fruity (citrus) taste, some acidity, somewhat yeasty. Very enjoyable and probably deserves a greater reating than the current 2.8.

Bottle in Paris. The beer starts fruity-sourish, very sour (best before 07/2017)! Not much other aroma, hints of smooth witbier-yeast, pale sourness, that’s it. Sad...

Very pale yellow, thin bubbles. The acidity didnt seem to well balanced with the rest, cheap spices . I dislike.

Seems to be a standby at Christmas markets here in Europe, but doesn’t much resemble the wonderful blanches that Québec is producing back home. Very conservative in its hopping and quite reminiscent of a Gose: notes of cardamom, salt, soap. Otherwise quite watery and uninteresting.

Bottle of 341ml, in a Tumbler glass; from the fridge. Oh damn... What an awfull beer I’ve tasted. Fuzzy head so no head, acid citrus taste, then a banana one ? If you see that beer, run. Fast or she will catch you and kill you. (Bue aux Plaisirs d’Hiver 2014).

From X-mas market in Brussels. Pale yellow hazy with small white head. Sour and spicy aroma. Too sour taste with some coriander notes. Too too sour for witbeer...

Summer 2012 Had this as part of a mixed 6-pack from a convenience store on St-Laurent. It poured a decent cloudy white with alright head and a light spicy white beer aroma but... this sucked, the whole 6 pack was horrible, the color & look were fine for each style but they must have been infected or past their prime because every single beer tasted like bile. My brother finished them as no one else wanted to touch the stuff. This was probably the most drinkable of the bunch though.
