Bottle - 341ml. Hazy golden body with yeast chunks and a thin white foamy head. Its malty/hoppy aroma carries strong sour fruits hints. Taste is misbalanced and is dominated by sourness. Ends with a short sour/metallic finish. Not very good.

Bottle. Pours dark golden, awesome head actually. Aroma is veggies, floral hops, resin, and taste is somewhat metallic, slighlty sour. Some herbs and fruits, but too much about veggies. Oily mouthfeel. If gave it a chance, but at 75%, it went down the drain. Should have done it before. Overpaid. The Hivernale gave me some hope with that brewery, but this one is just plain bad, and I’ll probably avoid it (again) from now.

Bouteille 341ml.

Lubiere (10453) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 4, 2009
A hazy golden ale with a thin white head. Aroma of malt and light boiled veggies. In mouth, a sweetish malt with unpleasant boiled vegetables, light hops, overall, not very good. Overpayed at 2.39$ a bottle. Drainpour.

Boutip (4863) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 16, 2009
Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a large foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of fruity ester and light dry malt is not exceptional but still enjoyable. Taste is a mix between some fruity ester with some notes of dry Belgian style malt with a lingering sweet finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but missing some complexity and character.
