TimE (1031), Tokyo, Japan Apr 30, 2004 Deep hazy amber-orange color and excellent lacing. The nose is full of oranges, maple syrup, spices and cookie dough. The body is yeasty with spicy orange undertones leading to a zesty orange finish dhurtubise (569), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Feb 6, 2003 Beutiful belgian strong ale. Big fruity ale aroma and taste. Quite pungeant but clean at the same time with spiced of sweet orange peels and some other non-descript spices. Truly a fantastic beer. Another majestic creation from Little Belgium. mr_kimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Nov 27, 2003 hazy orange, big well retained white head. spicy(coriander, cinnamon, pepper), yeasty, mild boozy aroma with hints of banana candy. the flavour goes malty and fruity with some citrus but more peach. nice complexity. due to the hemp leaf on the label should I be led to believe this is a hemp beer? if it is it's the best one I've tried. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA Jul 8, 2005 This surprised me, honestly. I was expecting a bit of a weak golden ale and instead this was rich and spicy. The body was pleasantly thick and sticky, and the taste was full of caramelized fruits and sweet doughiness. How fun! Light spice is present throughout, most notable in the aroma and finish. Hooray. BückDich (4558), Boise, Idaho, USA Sep 1, 2004 Gold hazy, well carbonated, light lacing. The aroma is very citrusy with some good funky yeast & some sulpher. Very clean peppery flavor ith a thin body but lively feel on the tongue. Finishes sharply carbonated and tangy.
