Botella. Bit unclear deep redd amber colour. Sweet caramel malty dark fruity bit nutty maple sirup aroma. Ok mouthfeel. the flavour is sweet with toasted caramel, some dark fruits, bit of nuts, toasty malt, maple sirup. Not so good for drinking. Maybe better for making pan cakes.....

Red amber, smooth offwhite head. very very sweet aroma of caramel, prunes, nuts, honey, very faint citrussy or flowery. chestnuts?. maple syrup. Flavor is faint citrussy, flowery, tastes a bit like real cheap sweet licorice candy, cocoa, maple syrup. Faroeviking figured it’d do great when making pancakes, and i agree. (this one was mistakenly added at lerabiere, i have now moved it)

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
From my Peluso bottle purchases. Looks pretty clear with red. Aroma is nostalgic maple-cookie, plus some cherry and faint medicine chest. Taste is almost metallic and has some real acidity, playing out to some cherry, and roast maple syrup in the finish. Overtones are medicinal and palate is slightly too drying. I wanted just one fu--ed up Quebec Beer from my bottle haul today, so now I can stop looking. Weirdly I kind of enjoy this so I can’t dump it out.

Bottled. A hazy red-amber beer with a huge lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, spices, bad milk chocolate, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
