Évaluation no.29 Septembre 2010. Nez aromatique et floral. Couleur blonde, presque ambrée. Mousse moyenne, peu persistante.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, faint chalky malt. In mouth, a light acidic malt with epsom notes, watery and bad. Tasted Oct. 15 2011.

Even if I’m proud to see a 100% Quebec beer, it got to say that the taste is not at the rendez-vous. Still, it’s an ale of good quality,

Aroma: phenolic with berry feel , soft fruity top. 5-
Appearance: clear golden look with medium light white top. Ring of sparse lace.
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: slight tartness ,red apple, phenolic funky weirdness with slight peppery feel. Mid accented by hot peppers and berry fruit. This is funk-odelic even for late starurday nights...

Nice concept, poor execution. Pale ale like characteristics but tends to fall short. Watery, skunky, and not very flavorful or hoppy.

Bottle - 341ml. Hazy light amber body with a thin white frothy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal, flowery, and apple hints. Taste is misbalanced and is dominated by bland malty flavors. It ends with a short, dry bittersweet finish. Disappointing.

Weeeee almost make/break. This is a harvest ale type deal, so points for effiort. Very lightly hazy pale gold with clear highlights, fine fizzy head over fine carbonation. Looks kind of neat. Aroma is caramel, hay and wet cereal, very light acidity. Taste is sweepingly clean sweet cereal and light acidity, even hint lemon, some country field, barely sweet pale fruit. VERY small hint of sourcream lactic. It has not gone there yet. This is good, natural simple beer, not the horrible mess I was hoping for. FROM: Peluso purveyor of pourable, potable products.
