[ Bottled ; chilled ; dates are unknown ; clearing common bottle from cellar to make room]
Mostly lasting average creamy white head that tops up a hazy light yellow body. Few thin particules. Aroma is heavy cereal/bread while hops are light grass and yeast is heavy sweat. Also, there are excessive notes of vegetable/cooked corn. Initial flavor is heavily sour/acidic surrounded by cereal while development is simply repulsive. Finish is short (thank god!). Light body.. watery texture... Soft carbonation..

I know one day I’ll be able to finish a Schoune.

Hazy pale yellow hue, with a frothy white head, floral hops, hint of spicy cinnamon, apples fruitiness, pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a fruity, sweet pale malt character, leading towards a lingering hops bittering finish.

341ml bottle shared with PandoraGreen and gilvanblight. Deep straw shade, small white fluffy head. Fruity malt aroma, bit of caramel and citrus-orange hops. Dryish with some malt, good dash of hops in the finish. Fairly thin bodied with a washed out feel.

Beautiful hazy golden body topped with a huge white bubbly head. Good and surprisingly complex malty aroma with some notes of yeast, bread, flowers and fruits. Taste is not really good: hoppy bitterness is partly hidden by some harsh aciditic flavors. It ends with a short finish. Despite some qualities, I do not recommend it.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Doughy malt aroma with some acidity. Lemony, but in a balanced way. There’s melon and other fruits and pleasant, deep malt character. No bitterness.

Cloudy blonde color, thin white head. Weak fruity and yeasty aroma. The flavor is the same : fruity , yeasty and weak. Thin body, strong, fizzy carbonation. This one doesn’t seem to be infected, but even then it’s not good at all.

A brown blonde ale which is confusing. The body is medium and has a strange mix of nutmeg and snuff which after half a bottle is more than enough.

Aroma of grape soda. Clear golden colour with thin white fully diminishing head. Stale cardboard-like flavour and very grainy. Fairly thin body. Oxidized but at least not infected.
