3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at Tap 25. It pours a dark brown color with a brown head. The aroma is chocolate with roasted malt, hints of coffee and plum. Nicely balanced. The flavor is caramel sweet with cocoa powder and a little cola. Licorice sweet finish. Surprisingly not very roasted. A decent Impy stout, but it seems smaller than the ABV suggests. This might not be a bad thing, but it’s a bit simple as well.

On tap. Black with a thin fizzy brown head. Fairly fruity aroma and taste of cherry, raisin, and molasses with a lot of syrupy roasted grain notes throughout and a nice creamy palate.
