Draught at the brewpub: Golden, hazy, big firm creamy-yellowish head, delicate aromas of freshly cut grains with a distictive bitter-hoppy background and a tinge of freshly mowed grass, smooth, light to medium bodied, solid sweet-bitter flavour, juicy pale-malty finish with solid hop aromas and a subtle fruitiness (pineapple). Fine, extremely moreish brew...........
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 MiP (12136) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 30, 2008
Draught at tbe brewpub. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour starts off a little fruity, the sort of naturtrüby style. Not an explosion of flavours, but a nice beer. Subtle in its way as I am sure it was intended.
