CONCLUSION : une très grande bière, vaste, complète.

Golden with rich white head. Tripel, but even more IPA style bitter taste, starting with good sweetness, some sourness and finishing with lasting bitterness.

Mooi goudblond licht troebel bier met romige witte schuimkraag. Bloemig licht fruitig aroma.

Erg lekkere tripel.

0.33L bottle. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head and some chunks of hops in it. Aroma is nice: honey, floral hops, rose, some sulfur. Flavor is medium sweet, with cereal grain and honey coming through. Middle goes to floral hop flavor, then finishes with a long, bitter, herby and citrusy hop linger leaving warm alcohol in the chest and mouth. Medium-full body with a sticky mouthfeel and average carbonation. Overall, this is not a standard tripel. Really some different flavors/ aromas coming through, with nice honey/floral notes, and enough bittering hops to balance the sweetness. Delicious!

A good beer, without actually l’exelencia. I remember mol Duvel beer, without the quality and balance. Good graduation, good on gas meters have lacked a little more depth and subtle. But it is a beer again.
