Hazy, almost opaque golden yellow colour, thin white head. Aroma of wort, muesli, fresh bread, yeast, apples. Flavour is wort, fresh bread, yeast, apples, light bitter finish, light floral. It’s too sweet to be really nice imo. Light-bodied.

Clear light yellow with small white foam ring. Aroma is typical German light pilsener, so is taste. Quite refreshing. Aftertaste is long lating, fresh in mouth. OK beer. (Velp 201306)

Naturtrübes Bier im Bämbel; feinporiger Schaum, sieht fähig aus. Kaum Aroma. Im Antrunk malzige Süße gepaart mit feiner Hefe, ungewöhnlich! Hopfen ist eher ansatzweise vorhanden. Gute Süffigkeit bei eher neutralem Abgang. Gut für ne ordentliche Spülung, aber mangels Charakter kein Spitzenbier.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Looks like something between Berliner Weisse and light Hefeweizen. Not really appealing. Taste of sour yeast combined with some sweet bread hints. Not nice at all. Not easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2012 500ml bottle. Aroma is (slightly rotten) hay. Appearance is really bad. An almost transparent yellow with a very small white head. Taste is slightly bitter, slightly sour, fishy. Does not leave a good mouthfeel. Overall definitely not rellay a great Kellerbier.
