Dark colour, medium head, Strong aromas of coffee and roasted nuts - particularly pleasant. Thick malty taste of roast nuts, a slight syrupy sweetness, which descends into a metallic bitter-sweetness. Very drinkable

Jun 18, 2008 500 ml fliptop bottle: poured orange/brown with a medium sized off white head. Mild caramel malt aroma with a touch of nuttiness. Flavor is pretty metallic with sweet malt present. Light bitterness. Too sweet for me and that metal just really turns me off.

Mar 20, 2008 50 cL bottle, trade with DerDobbelbock. Pours almost clear golden brown (cola) and with a light tan head. Light malty and spiced aroma. Flavour is malty, light spiced towards herbal. Light salt note. Ends malty and spiced/salty.

Feb 3, 2008 Bottled 500ml, flip top type, many thanks to DerDoppelbock. Dark brown with ruby hue, white head. I was quite pleasantly surprised with this, there is a caramel, sweetish note, a touch of mollasses, but there is a further deepness to it. Roasted malt and coffee bitterness. i thought it was fine.
