On tap (0.4 l) at Schüttinger, Bremen... Light clody yellow color, average head... Fruity citrus and some nice smokey malt and hop aroma... Mild, refreshing taste... Average ending...

Frischer hopfig herber Beginn. Dabei steigt die Herbe noch deutlich, bleibt aber weich und damit angenehm. Grasig, konstanter Hopfen. Solides Helles. 10/11/11/11//11

2000ml bottle [Thanx Dietmar!]. Hazy yellow-brown-golden colour with average white head. Typical unfiltered "Hausbrauerei"-aroma: grain, bread, hay, caramel malt. Taste is slightly sweet, finds compensation by bitter hop. Solid and "süffig".

Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as hints of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, hops, and hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

On tap. Hazy golden with a white head. Mashy aroma. Medium body, light malt notes but otherwise completely dominated by a distinct and bitter hoppiness. 190810

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy and white head. Aroma is mild grassy and slight citrusy hops. Bitter, grassy and hayish hops flavoured. Subdued and vague malt presence. Ends bitter and grassy dry.

18.01.2010, On tap at the Schüttinger Brauerei, Hinter dem Schütting 12-13, 28195 Bremen, Germany. Pale yellow colour with white head. Aroma is malty with a little thin body. Nice aromatic and bitter hopping.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a acidic malty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091029]

On tap at the Schuttinger Brewpub, Bremen 25-10-09 Pours hazy yellow with a white head. This has a softness in the mouth but again like the Dunkel I find that it lacks in every department. There is some creaminess but once again I get too much metallicyness, its just about ok. A5 A3 F5 P3 Ov10 2.6

On tap. Light smell of hops. A medium sized white foamy head, normal long lasting. The body is light cloudy and dark yellow. Quite malty taste, medium taste of hops, quite bitter, unfortunately also a little bit metallic in the finish. Creamy and dry texture, medium body with normal carbonation. Short duration, quite astringent finish.
