Schwarzer Bär ist ein echtes Dunkelbier für welches der Schützengarten-Braumeister ausschliesslich Original-Dunkles Malz verwendet. Dieses gewinnt durch Darren bei höheren Temperaturen die herrlich dunkle Farbe und das ausgeprägte feine, malzige Aroma, das dem Bier seine besondere Note verleiht. Gebraut nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516 - so wie es sich für ein Bier mit langer Brautradition gehört. Alkohol 5.0 vol.%. 43 kcal/dl = 182 kJ/dl.

Nice carmel malty aroma. Pours a rich mahogany, an off-white head with small bubbles. Smooth balanced dark beer not too sweet, with malty, carmel nuttiness. Medium body, with creamy texture, light carbonation, medium finish. Very nice refreshing dunkel. I will drink again.

Bottle. Dark red brown body nice lasting tan head. Aroma is hints of roasted malts with some bread. Taste is roasty with hints of sourness and sweetness. Aftertaste is a little bit thin with some malts.

(Flasche) Es hat einen dunklen, warmen Braunton mit bernsteinernen Einstich, ist klar filtriert mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist karamellig, rindig, süß und leicht metallisch. Der Geschmack ist langweilig, metallisch-süß.
