Feb 20, 2008 Bottle. Barley malt and grass hops aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Creamy malt flavor with a strong grassy hops finish. Nothing distinct.

Jan 20, 2008 Pours a big white head. Slightly better then the average German Pils. Sparkled and bit in my mouth cold. Should have been a little warmer, but to each their own. Lite taste of hops with a slight dry, bitter finish. Not bad, but not terribly good either. Different then most winter beers.

Mar 3, 2006 Golden color. Malty, slightly peachy aroma. Malty, slightly soapy, nutty flavor. Light herbal bitter aftertaste. Disappointing. Swing top bottle from MoritzF.

Dec 27, 2005 <i>(swing top bottle)</i> Clear golden colour with a mid-sized and quite stable foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty and grassy hoppy nose. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Quite thin and light-bitter hoppy finish. Bland Pilsener with absolutely no Christmas-(Weihnachts-)-character.
