[bottle] Prominent base malt aroma with obvious noble hops and some notes of celery and peach. Nice orangish gold colour with a fizzy head that quickly dropped, like gingerale, to a thin patch. Flavour is malt and hops like the aroma, but it is cut short with a sort of musty/dusty characteristic. Slight oxidation character of tobacco/raisin/prune, with an enduring resinous hops thingy to finish. Medium body, high carbonation, moderate to high bitterness, and lingering unpleasantness at end.

Bottle. Two finger fizzy white head with a hint of beige in the colour. The head mostly diminished. Fair lacing. Clear sparkling body with a golden yellow colour. Notes of hay, straw, caramel and light notes of hops. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet malty flavour with again hint of hops. Finish was light sweet.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma is pleasant with malt and hops. Taste is smooth with mainly malt, a bit of caramel and a little hops. Oily palate.

Bottle. Copper color. Large, white head. Sticky sweet caramelized aroma. Caramel, toffee toasted malt, there are notes of biscuit and a subtle hop flavor. Not overly crisp or dry. Medium bodied. Smooth and satisfying.

Heavy hoppy aroma. Large frothy initial apperance. White head. Good lacing. Clear yellow body. Light bitter flavor. Light to medium palate.

Bottle. Yellow with pretty lasting white frothy head. Nice malty aroma. Slightly sweet malt in the flavor. Creamy on the palate. Rather nice beer.

Bottle. Creamy white good fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Nice moderate malty and hoppy aroma. A bit thin flavor, average finish. Oily palate.

A fine standard märzen. Has a perfect head, soft, white, big and real lasting. Has a moderate to heavy bitter flavor.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a huge mostly lasting white head. Aroma and taste of hops and malts. Softly carbonated. Standard good german märzen.

[Bottle from Alexander] In fact a nice beer with some malty taste and a little hoppy aftertaste. Very good to a danish lunchtable.
