from Amstein - cloudy orange beer with a long lasting white foam; lice lace; a decent but quite raw aromatic hoppiness showing notes of corn and yellow fruits; medium-bodied and moderately carbonated; the finish is quite empty with a low but sharp bitterness; dry and corny - not terrible

The aroma is light fruity-sour, some yeast and some citrus. The medium large white head is creamy-milky with a normal duration. The body is light cloudy and pale yellow. The taste is light fruity and bitter. The body is light, a little bit creamy with a rather lively carbonation.

Cloudy blond color. No matter what Schwaben tries to do, here I get just corn and plastic aroma, with a splash of citrus fruits. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with light malt flavor and correct bitterness. Drinkable without much enjoyment.

White full lasting thin head. Cloudy pale golden colour. Aroma is malty with bread, cookies and light citrusy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with herbal and hoppy tones, slightly watery, ending in a moderately hoppy finish. Light bodied.

Bottled (thanks B.U., tasted at the 2nd CS/ES beerevening). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some herbs and mild floral notes as well. Flavour is bready and sweet malts along with some grass, herbs and mild saltwatery ntoes. Also slight notes of some floral hops.

This beer is very malty taste more like malta or a non alcholic malt bevarage. Cloudy. No hops... more traditional beer... that if you are an american beer snob you’ll skip.

Bottle 50cl. A lightly cloudy yellow beer with medium head. A classic lager with herbal notes, medium body, medium sweet, some toasted notes, also light vegetable notes. Finish is more interesting with a note hops bitterness.
