Half Liter Swing Top Bottle from Germany. Overall, a solid pilsener with a ton of flavor. The weak point was the scent, which was a very faint grain. Hazy yellow pour with a foamy white head. A medium/light body with a frothy feel. Pilsener flavor through and through! Big grain taste, potent.

A good beer for an hearty dinner. Malty, roasted popcorn, quaffable. Drunken from the bottle.

500 ML flip-top bottle in Germany. One thing I want to make clear about this beer. It is the best Pils I ever had. That being said I am no Pils fan. This is not really a Pils at all by my book. It has Pils taste but without all the bitterness. It pours a cloudy gold color. Nice full white head and taste of a softer version of a pils. Palate boders on being a Helles. Good stuff.

Slightly hazy golden with a disappearing white head. Aroma of malt, bread and grass. Clean and sweetish bready malt flavour with mild herbal hop flavour and bitterness. I’d call it a helles not a pilsener

UPDATED: APR 3, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy straw color. Little aroma consisting of light toasted malt and mild spicy hop. Flavor is clean and malty, light and yeasty, light bodied. Very weizen-esque. Good.

Hazy golden color. Medium head. Aromas of malts, fruits, hop. Taste is mostly hoppy, fruity and dry with some bitternes. Nice bitter and dry aftertaste.

Swing top bottle from Galeria Kaufhof, Stuttgart. Pale yellow color with medium white head. Yeast,, citrus in aroma. Taste, grain, malt , yeast, bitter hops. Nice bitter finish. Highly drinkable beer.

Cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with malt and hoppy notes. Flavour was somewhat yeasty and had notes of malt and grassy hops. Bitter finish.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet creamy barley malt aroma with a hint of grassy hops. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Lightly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grassy hops flavor. Pretty good - has some mild Zwickl characteristics.
