I can’t even describe this beer, but I will try too. Yellow in color white head dissipates quickly. Malty taste with a bite of alcohol. Will try it again.

On tap at Shamrocks. Served a hazy golden color with a frothy head. Aroma of citrus with a light fruity sweetness. Taste of fruity sweetness, bit of malt and grass. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Fairly light body, smooth and a tad sweet. Nice festive beer.

Bottle pours a semi-hazy golden with a large off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, pencil shaving grassy hops, and lager yeast. Overly sweet malt and yeast taste.

A clear light golden body with a thin white head that had good retention, but no real lace. Aroma had mostly sweet esters and nice doughy notes to it. There was a slight corn presence to it. Flavor had a nice sweetness to it. Mild dough flavors, even milder corn flavors. Alcohol was present in the finish. Seemed a bit too sweet to me, in no way was it cloying, but it was sweet.
