Couleur jaune dorée, très légère mousse. Nez malté, note legumes. Gout malté doux (un peu sucré industriel), légumes avec forte amertume herbeuse et alcool en fin de bouche . Pas trop géniale pour le style

33cl bb05/2016. Honey blossom, white sugar syrup, touch of meadow and wet pasture, chalk, whiff of schnaps. Sweet onset, industrial honey, grain husks bitter like vegetal stem, metallic dry finish. Slick, sugarstudded mouthfeel. - Fits the Heller Bock problem child profile: malt syrup > yeast. Transrhenian mirror style: tripel.

Has a smallish off white head. Aroma is caramel, wet grain, fruit. Flavor’s mainly sweet with a little carbonic tang and some medicine in the finish. One and done.
