2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at the keller.
Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is dark yellow to medium amber? (served in crock)
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of honey, soap, concrete.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Medium to full body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic.
Kinda clunky and characterless and dull. Other beers here were of similar quality...close but no cigar.
