Bottle &#40;bought at the brasserie&#41;: Pale golden, visible carbonation, small, lacing fluffy white head; clean sweet-malty, also a bit fruity nose with moderate hoppy aromas; clean, solid sweet-bitter flavour, soft, smooth MF, light bodied; short sweet-bitter finish. An excellent brew by german standards, only good by franconian..........

&#40;bottle&#41; Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head with lace. Herbal hoppy and slightly citrus-fruity aroma with hay and light malty notes in the background. Moderately bitter flavour, soft and slightly grainy malty base, again with notes of citrus; herbal hops towards the finish, which is moderately dry and bitter. Fresh and tasty Pilsener.
