Bottled at Schwanenkeller, Burgebrach. Cloudy dark yellow,, mid sized head. Grapefruity nose! Fairly sweet with light spritzy body. Fresh and spicy with notes of banana and roses, pronounced wheat malt character. Very refreshing edgeless weizen with a somewhat unusual array of flavours.

bottle, thanks to pivnizub! Amber-orange colour, large and fluffy head, quickly disappearing. Flavours of malt, toated malt, wheat and yeast. There is also a fruitiness detectable, i.e. flavours of lemon/citrus fruits and banana.

(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a fluffy yellow foam. Light-dusty, sweet and moderately acidic and wheaty aroma with banana, citrus and a touch of spicy phenols, also with a light hoppy note. Sweet and light-sour flavour, moderate to light wheat-character, fruity and slightly yeasty taste; light bodied, medium, slightly crispy carbonated, refreshing mouthfeel; yeasty and fruity finish. Decent Hefeweizen.

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Big rocky, very fluffy head, rather quickly collapsing to a firm and stable foamy layer, hazy, golden coloured; delicate fruity nose: mainly bananas, with wheaty traces; moderate sweetish flavour with almost an absence of acidity, light- to medium-bodied, soft MF; light fruity-wheaty finish, a little bit sourish. A good, nevertheless average Weizen......
