COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Best by may 19 2010. It pours a beautiful nut brown beer with a decent head. Dried mushroom (boletus)- what I sometimes put in my risotto and a lot of caramel in the nose. Good bitterness. The hay components are rather pronounced in the taste. And interesting beer- perhaps due to the ageing.

It’s dark red mahogany with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, caramel and a little nuts. It’s Ok, but would be even better with a more full body.
