Clear medium yellow color with a small average to large, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, cereal, sour malt, cabbage water. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cabbage water. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Clear pale yellow beer, small fizzy white head, unstable, non adhesive, dissipates immediately. Aroma: lots of sweet malts, bit sugary, barnyard, some hay, little yeasty, some overripe fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malts, some citrus, cow fodder, little bitter. Aftertaste: some citrus, bit grassy, sweet, some hops.

Pours gold with a good white head. Nice bready/spicy aroma. Malt finish.

It’s golden with a creamy withe head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, straw and flower, and the finish is slightly dry and spicy-sweet.

Aroma has typical butter for a helles beer and also some honey. Taste contains some rather rancid butter. Quite ok helles, but nothing special.

Hopfig-herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil würziger werdend, der Hopfen wird nach kurzem Einknicken wieder stärker. Das Bier wird milder, gleichzeitig auch etwas bitterer. Nichts Besonderes, aber auch nicht wirklich verkehrt.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Grainy, grassy, fruity aroma with a resiny touch. The flavor is quite bitter, with pale malts and a fruityness. Bitter finish. Dry, medium body with pleasant carbonation. A pleasant one, quaffable and quenching. 110129

Into the glass pours a strong golden yellow, very pearly beer. Smell of sweet and roasted malts.. It starts malty, slightly musty with subtle sweet spiciness. The aftertaste shows pleasantly dry, but unfortunately again slightly musty. The middle part is much more hoppy, but here is again the musty aroma.
