A hazy golden colored beer, with a thick white head. It disappears quickly. The aroma of malt and a little fruity, citrus like. The taste of malt with some fruits prevailing citrus, with a little banana. A little bitter. The aftertaste is least bitter with almost nothing.

Bottled. Aroma of bun yeast, wet wood. Hazy, a bit gray and orange. Taste a bit disappointing, not much complexity. After swallowing it tastes like aspirin!

500ml bottle, shared by Tranquillity - thanks!<br /> Hazy orange, lively tight head. Fairly non-descript light perfume aroma, but also wet leafy forest floor. Pleasant carbonation in the mouth, but also some slight hint of the salt or acid of soluble aspirins. Taste a bit disappointing, slightly creamy but generally a bit plain and bland. Worked well as an after-sauna beer though.

Can. Great cloudy look, slightly odd smell. A mild taste, slight banana-like notes; indeed some metallic aftertaste, but it doesn’t spoil the fun of drinking this. A pretty good hefeweizen overall.

Peppery clove aroma with a bit estery yeast. Orange-golden and clouded, huge creamy head with lace. Solid bready body with plenty banana and clove flavors. Cream and champagne mouthfeel. A chalky-metallic aftertaste disturbs the picture a bit, otherwise a good well-crafted weisse .
