Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, straw, toasted, hay, sour malt notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and sour milk with a average duration, sour malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100912]

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy golden coloured with a meidum sized white head. Malty aroma of hay and hops. Malty flavour of hay, hops, grain and berries. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of wet hay and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, hay, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
